A group of American students from The University of Dayton have been enjoying themselves in Cameroon for the past two weeks. These students are living with host families in Kumba and are assigned to work at the Hospital, Kumba 1 Council, Kumba City Council,  Women’s Empowerment Center, and Community Development Center. The American students are learning a lot about the lifestyle of Cameroonians. They have visited Limbe, Buea, a rubber factory and banana plantation through Cameroon’s Development Cooperation, hiked to the Barombi Village, and attended a traditional wedding. Many have tried African dishes such as fufu, eru, and achu, and participated in traditional African dances at different festivities. The University of Dayton students are grateful for this experience. Kumbadayandnight welcomes the students.
